Manufacturing companies have to focus on various components before the production/supply of products. In aluminum die casting, they have to simply look for the best because it is not like a toy that if it is broken, then you can purchase it again because once it is broken, then it will need repair, and that repair may depreciate the quality of it.

Machines used by the manufacturers before supplying

Fully Automatic

The fully automatic die casting machine adopts an automatic die casting machine which have automatic spraying machine and automatic extractor, “automatically” runs the whole die casting process, without the need of any operator to do die casting or any other manual work.

Semi-automatic:

A semi-automatic die casting machine performs a limited number of automatic functions, such as automatic pickup, spraying or extraction, and manual operation.

Manual:

Manual die casting machine is fully manual, which means that aluminium die casting supplier company performs die casting process on this manually which is having scooping, spraying and extraction operations.

The process adopted by Manufacturers before supply

Need? This is a basic problem in the aluminum die-casting process because it depends entirely on the final product or the customers need.

There is some basic pre-procedures before die-casting aluminum process, which is divided into four parts:-

  • Know your product: First, determine the product, then plan.
  • Aluminum alloy selection: Aluminum alloy has different performance values. After determining the product, select the best alloy.
  • Optimal Process-After the alloy is selected, choose the correct method according to the size, shape and complexity of the product design.
  • Mold selection: The final stage depends on the design of the product. According to the complexity and size of the design, choose a tool from a single cavity, multiple cavities, units, and combinations.

The aluminum die casting process has 3 basic procedures:

  1. Mold:The process of pouring or transferring molten metal from the furnace to the injecting section. This is done automatically using a computer-controlled automatic ladle or manually by the die casting machine operator.
  1. Spraying:The process of spraying lubricant or mold releases liquid into the mold before the two halves of the mold are closed and filled with molten metal. This is done automatically using a computer-controlled mold sprayer or manually by the operator of the die casting machine.
  1. Extraction:This is the process of taking out the finished die casting from the mold after injecting molten metal to form a casting. This is done automatically using a computer-controlled puller or manually by the operator.
